Craftable items in Crashlands have different qualities. Except for legendary items and items crafted using the Foundry, the quality of weapons and armor is random. You can keep crafting to try to get a better quality or upgrade them with the Juiceforge. Items can be salvaged in the inventory with the recycle button.

Weapon and Armor Qualities[ | ]

Item Quality Normal Prefix: Normal items are colored white. They are the weakest items. They contain 3 properties. The Properties have a 100% Value of white (Toughness on Leg-Armor for Example is 10).

Item Quality Acceptable Prefix: Acceptable items are colored green. They are an improved version of their normal counterparts. They contain 4 properties. The Properties have a 105.5% Value of white (One stack of toughness on Leg-Armor for Example is 10.5).

Item Quality Satisfying Prefix: Satisfying items are colored blue. There is a good chance they'll be extremely useful. They contain 4 properties. The Properties have a 111% Value of white (One stack of toughness on Leg-Armor for Example is 11.1).

Item Quality Excellent Prefix: Excellent items are colored pink. These are the rarest randomly crafted items. They contain 5 properties. The Properties have a 116.5% Value of white (One stack of toughness on Leg-Armor for Example is 11.6).

Item Quality Legendary Prefix: Legendary/Ludricous items are colored orange. Legendary items can be crafted seperately in some workstations and need one legendary ingredient found in the wild to craft. Ludicrous items can only be made in a Juiceforge by upgrading an Excellent Weapon/Armor with Crystallized Juices (13 in Story Mode, 11 in Hardcore), or in the Foundry, where every crafted item is Ludicrous. They both contain 5 properties. The Properties have a 122% Value of white (One stack of toughness on Leg-Armor for Example is 12.2).

Weapons always have 1 more property than armor items.

Property Qualities[ | ]

Each property on an item can either have one "stack" (white) or multiple (another color). They have diminishing returns. For instance, a white helm could have 17.5% toughness and 17.5% ice resist (two white properties with one stack each) or it could have 32.9% toughness (one green property with two stacks). The ratios are listed below.

Item Quality Normal Prefix: Normal properties are colored white.

Item Quality Acceptable Prefix: Acceptable properties are colored green. They take up two property slots, but they aren't twice as powerful as a white property. Instead, they are 1.88 times as powerful as white properties.

Item Quality Satisfying Prefix: Satisfying properties are colored blue. They take up three property slots, but they aren't three times as powerful as a white property. Instead, they are 2.64 times as powerful as white properties.

Item Quality Excellent Prefix: Excellent properties are colored pink. They take up four property slots, but they aren't four times as powerful as a white property. Instead, they are 3.28 times as powerful as white properties.

Item Quality Legendary Prefix: Legendary/Ludricous properties are colored orange. They take up five property slots, but they aren't five times as powerful as a white property. Instead, they are 3.8 times as powerful as white properties.

Berserk/Sec & Stun/Sec[ | ]

These stats has seen some changes, most likely due to the 1.3 Combover Update. They now has it's own stack modifier and now scale badly beyond Blue stat rarity.

Possible Properties[ | ]

Note that glove properties are 75% as strong as leg armor properties, chest armor is 150% as strong as leg armor properties, and helms are 175% as strong as leg armor properties.

The below table assumes one stack of each property on a white item. If you make a copy of this Google Spreadsheet , you can change the quality of the item and the property.
